UPDATED ANNOUNCEMENT (September 24, 2020):
Live Worship Services At CCPV Resume
Sunday, September 27 at 10:00AM
After a five-week “pause” from on-campus services, we are pleased to announce that live worship services will resume at Christ’s Church of Prescott Valley Sunday, September 27 at 10:00am.
Our five-week “pause” was adopted out of an abundance of caution because of a possible COVID-19 exposure at CCPV in our August 16th service. No infections have been reported as a result of that exposure.
Therefore, we are excited to return to live worship services on our campus. We will continue to observe the following safety protocols:
- The building will be cleaned and disinfected before you arrive.
- Face coverings/masks are recommended but not required.
- Disposable masks will be available for those who want one.
- Hand sanitizer will be available as you enter the building.
- Personal contact (handshakes/hugs, etc) will be discouraged.
- Printed materials (message notes) will be available at each seat.
- Pre-packaged communion will be available to be picked up at the entry.
ADDITIONAL WORSHIP VENUE:
The upstairs auditorium will be arranged with chairs set up for physical distancing. Masks in the upstairs auditorium will be optional. There will be a second worship venue available downstairs. The downstairs area has been wired for closed-circuit viewing on a large screen television. Masks will be required downstairs. The downstairs venue is offered to those who prefer a “mask-only” environment. We believe these two venues allow us to offer worship options in an environment that provides safety and comfort for all worshippers.
We understand that some people may not be comfortable about returning yet. Pastor Jeff’s messages will continue to be posted online each week for those who don’t attend our live services. Messages will be available on our website on Sunday evenings.
People with compromised health conditions should use their best judgment about attending. Anyone who may have COVID-19 symptoms are urged to stay home until they have received a negative test result. Those who have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus are urged to stay home until they have received a negative test result.
If you have questions, please contact us by phone (928-925-9261) or email (email@example.com).
Thank you for your understanding and patience as we get through this together!
